These terms cover this website. They are not the contract under which anybody uses the DuskLine platform — that is a separate, negotiated agreement, and nothing here changes it.

Who publishes this site

duskline.io is published by DuskLine SARL, Ariana, Tunisia. The full registered details are on the legal notice. Using the site means accepting the terms below; if you do not accept them, please do not use it.

What the site is

A description of a product, written to be read by people deciding whether to evaluate it. It is published in English, French and Arabic; the three versions carry the same content, and the product screenshots show the English interface in every version.

What the site is not

• Not an offer. Nothing here is a binding offer to sell, a quotation, or a commitment to deliver a particular configuration at a particular price.
• Not a specification. The capability descriptions are a summary. What a given deployment does depends on the deployment model, the handsets and radios in the fleet, the network, and what is agreed in the contract. Ask us for the specification that matches your case rather than relying on a page.
• Not a certification claim. Where the site describes conformance to a standard, it means the implementation follows that standard, not that it has been certified by a third party. The site states plainly which certifications DuskLine does and does not hold, and we intend to keep it that way.
• Not advice. It is not legal, regulatory or safety-engineering advice about your own operations, and it is not a substitute for your own assessment of a system you are putting in front of people whose safety depends on it.

We keep the site accurate and correct what we find wrong, but we do not promise it is complete or current at any given moment, and we may change the product and these pages without notice.

Intellectual property

The DuskLine name and logo, the interface shown in the screenshots, the page designs and the text are owned by DuskLine SARL or licensed to it, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law.

You may read the site, print it, and quote or link to it — including in an internal evaluation, a procurement file or a tender document — provided the source is identified and the sense is not changed. You may not present the content as your own, use the DuskLine name or logo to suggest a partnership, endorsement or resale right that has not been agreed in writing, or rework the screenshots into material for a competing product.

The names and marks of the standards, networks and equipment referred to on the site belong to their respective owners, and are used only to describe what DuskLine interoperates with.

Automated access

Crawling and indexing are welcome — by search engines, and by AI search, retrieval and training systems alike. The site publishes a robots.txt, a sitemap and an llms.txt, and a plain-text rendering of the whole page at llms-full.txt for anything that would rather read the content than the markup. Please read those rather than hammering the site, and keep your request rate civil.

What is not welcome, and not permitted: trying to gain unauthorised access to the server or anything behind it, deliberately overloading it, or probing it as anything other than a good-faith security researcher. If you are the latter, the reporting address is at /.well-known/security.txt and we will not come after you for a report made in good faith under it.

Links to other sites

Where the site links out, the linked site is not ours and these terms stop at the link. We do not control what is published there.

Availability, warranties and liability

The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption or free of error, and, to the extent the law allows, we exclude liability for loss arising from its use — including loss of profit, business or data, and any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Where you are dealing with us as a consumer, your rights under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence are unaffected.

These limits apply to the website. Liability for the DuskLine platform is dealt with in the platform contract, where it is negotiated properly.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Tunisia, courts of Tunis, before whose courts any dispute arising from the site will be brought, without prejudice to any mandatory protection available to you as a consumer in your own country of residence.

Changes

We may revise these terms. The version in force is the one published here, with the date at the top of the page.
